Did my second day of training last light. It was gross. I got through it though. I told Kaisara that after we've kicked week three's butt we'll need to go back and do an evening of week one again just for the ego boost. It will be a boost won't it?
He hasn't officially committed but Kaisara's toying with the idea of joining my team. Yeah!

Last night we walked like 90 minutes (with a stop at Coldstone in between). My legs hurt today, so I hope I can force myself to run tonight.
It will get easier Cate even though the training gets harder. You'll start getting used to it soon. Just remember to enjoy your rest days, those are the days where your body gets stronger!
You go girls...and guys...one step in front of the other. I just walked about 3 miles today with Paperback and I was pooped. But just keep swimming...I mean walking!
