My mom always used to say to me when i was teased by mean kids "Sticks and Stones can break my bones but words can NEVER harm me'!!!! I know thats not 100% true as words can be so hurtful, but somehow it helped me!
Don't be afraid to leave someplace hurtful. It's not quitting it's making a decision for your benefit.
